Road Trip To Lebanon!!!

Yesterday we left first thing in the morning to go visit Chad's family in Lebanon...Everyone was there --- Tyler, Landon, Anny and Adelayna. It had been since Christmas time when we saw them, so Adelayna had changed so much and Olivia had done the same.

Not only were we able to see the family, but we got to catch up with Mike and Lindsey and Elle (she's so cute!!!), and Sally Little.

Olivia and Adelayna are a little over three months apart and Olivia and Elle are only two weeks apart. Adelayna was rolling all over the place and I can't wait until it's Olivia's turn...she's getting very close, but gives up right when she gets there. It won't be long and she'll be rolling all over out house!!!

It was so great to catch up with everyone and to have the three girls together at one time!!! Enjoy the photos!

Spring is in the Air!!!

This morning we had a little bunny come visit...

The weather has been awesome in STL lately...looking at 70's again today and then 50's the rest of the week...can't complain at all since our winter was so cold this year! I thought it was an appropriate time to pull out the bunny ears I bought at Target this weekend in their dollar section (now you see why I couldn't pass them up...they were only a $1!). As soon as the flowers start to sprout up we'll have another surprise!!!

Fun Filled Weekend!!!

What a great weekend -- Chad was here and we got to catch up with several friends!

Friday evening John, Leah and Adrey joined us for dinner. Adrey is the cutest thing ever and ended up hitting it off big time with my dad! They played and made us all laugh so much! Leah looks great, she's expecting baby #2 at the end of June and I miss hanging out with her!

On Saturday morning the Crockers arrived from the east coast --- yay!!! Their boys are getting so big, last time we saw them was almost a year ago. Unfortunately the weather wasn't the greatest and it was super cold! I had the brilliant idea to head out to the beach too...BAD IDEA!!! It was so cold and windy! We miss not being closer to them since we always have a GREAT time and Olivia and the boys are so close in age!

Aunt Mel also arrived on Friday night...she hadn't seen Olivia since Christmas and was so excited to see her! Mel looked great, but her trip was WAY to short --- we'll see her again in April and Olivia can't wait! Unfortunately they were supposed to have their engagement photos taken on Saturday but the weather was just awful! They'll try again in March when hopefully this cold weather down here is gone.

Auntie Di and Scott ate with us on Sunday...Olivia was so excited to see Diane...she has the magic touch and can settle Olivia right down (she can't wait for grandchildren!). They were house hunting and I think they've finally found what they're looking for...more fun times in Naples with the McCuaigs are to come!!! :0)


The end of the weekend also led to Chad going home...we'll miss him this week, but we'll see him on Wednesday and Olivia and I can't wait!!!

Red Sox Spring Training Practice

Today was Olivia's first day with daddy here...she was so excited to see him this morning she couldn't even eat all of her bottle at once...she just kept staring at him, laughing and smiling!

Once we all got ready to go we headed up to Ft. Myers to watch the Red Sox practice...they all came in this week so it was perfect timing! Thank goodness we got there early, the players had a golf tournament this afternoon and were leaving 2 hours early. Chad got to watch a solid hour of batting practice and Olivia slept the whole time. It was defintely a good time and something we'd never done...we all wished it had been the Cardinals though ;)

Tonight we're having the Ritchey's over! I can't wait to see them --- Leah's expecting Baby Ritchey #2 and I haven't seen Adrey in almost a year; he's so darn cute!

Day 3 --- Thursday, Daddy Comes!

Olivia slept 4.5 hours last night...hard time getting back to sleep, but I'm hoping tonight goes a little better :)

I've been telling Olivia all week how many more sleeps until daddy gets here...today I told her when she's goes to sleep tonight her daddy will be here when she wakes up! She laughed at me so I'd like to think that she knew what I was saying ;)

Tonight my family went to dinner...just the four of us and Olivia. It was SUPER great to just spend time together. Again, Olivia was great...a little fussy to start, but she settled right in.

Olivia loves to be propped up and sit in the corner of the couch to look out. This is new this week. She's MUCH more alert and so fun to play with. I can't wait for Chad to see how much she's been smiling and laughing...he's going to LOVE it!

So, I was supposed to pick Chad up at 10:15pm in Ft. Myers...that didn't happen! He called me to tell me he'd be VERY close on time catching his plane in Miami, but that he thought he'd make it. 10pm rolled around and he still hadn't landed in Miami...finally he called and was not a very happy camper! Instead of staying in Miami he was able to get a rental car and drove over to get her at 2am! Yikes! Olivia was so excited to see him this morning when he got here!

Naples Day 2

6 Hours again on Tuesday night! I was so worried she wouldn't sleep very well since she slept all through dinner - yikes!

Uncle Kyle and my dad were gone Tuesday night and Olivia couldn't wait for them to get back on Wednesday.

Wednesday was a little cooler, so we had several things to get done around town. At night we went to Italian night at our Club so everyone could see Miss O...she was SO GOOD once again! I couldn't ask for her to be any better!

After dinner the guys were home and it was playtime for Olivia! Olivia was a little fussy and has really started to favor mommy (didn't know when that would happen or if it would at all...I'm hoping it's because Chad's not here yet) so my dad and Kyle were trying to play with her and do things the way her dad would...wasn't quite the same!

Naples Day 1

Tuesday was our first full day in Naples...it was beautiful! About 76-78, sunny, etc! I thought we'd go out and walk around today, but I didn't anticipate that Olivia wouldn't like the stroller by itself (without her carseat attached to it), so we weren't out too long. We had lunch at the Club and saw Lauren (our friends from Cincinnati)...she's so cute! Lauren always wanted to know "is she happy"...how cute is that?!?! For those of you reading this, please keep Lauren in your prayers, she has some tests coming up and needs all the positive prayer she can get.

Last night Olivia slept a full 6 hours and then another 2 after that...this is GREAT! Hoping to get her in a good sleeping routine while down here.

We went to the Yacht Club with Great Grandma and Grandpa tonight and Olivia was GREAT! She slept until it was time to leave and everyone thought she was the cutest thing ever (of course!).
